Week 5 project was about us creating picking out 3 CRM tools that we think is good and is suitable for any of the industry we have in mind to work with.
We listed out 3 CRM tools to use and this included Zoho Mobile App CRM tools, Hubspot and Big contact CRM tool. We weighed the three CRM tools considering their properties , specifications, characteristics and benefits . We concluded by using the Zoho tool because we had a small business plan in mind and we can actually carry out this task for free for about 15-17 days using the zoho CRM tools and above all it is mobile friendly. We concluded on working on a beauty costmetic brand called "HB Beauty Costmetic Company".
