Based on the research of last week , as briefly summarized in the first writeup for week 6, we have explained that we chose a e-commerce brand called "HB Beauty Company", this company is known to produce costmetic beauty substances such as makeup powder and foundation, and as the CEO suggested we use a CRM tools to manage the activities of the company , we chose zoho crm and we have been using it to manage sale and distribution transactions for the Organization. Various meetings, calls, appointments, task delegation was made to effect this process, emails were sent , contract and deal were made to this effect.
