Our Chatbot created for Zenith bank is running perfectly well!!!

Here we are again, doing what we know how to do best. Our bootcamp project is lit...hurray!!! We have been able to create our chatbot using the tidio application. The chatbot was created with the FAQ as suggested by our Customer relationships Management team to resolve the problems customers were having with zenith Bank. For questions that were not from the FAQ that is, other questions was directed to the Online Customer Service representative to help reply them within the stipulated time ( in 24 hours).

20220626_172108.jpg At first our working team noticed that the application wasn't working perfectly so the necessary adjustment was done as we check frequently to ensure it is working perfectly. Now it is working well and it was advised that we make use of Operamini to view the chatbot in order to navigate its service effectively.

20220626_172124.jpg So our Zenith bank online customer service has been created and it is working perfectly , it is a win-win something ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ‘. At this junction, I want to appreciate my team mates for making this task less stressful and worth while, you are indeed loved.
